3CX: How to Listen to Voicemails

By Desktop Phone

1. Dial the voicemail number as indicated in your welcome email.

2. Dial your voicemail number or hit Voicemail/Message”

3. Enter your PIN, press “#”

4. Press “*” to play your messages.



By Web Client

Click on “Voicemail” and click the playback icon to listen to the message on your selected phone. More information


By Android & iOS App

Tap on the More menu and select “Voicemail”, tap on the voicemail, and select “Play” to listen to the message.
